WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PRODUCT?

You can expect to receive your products within 3-7 business days if shipping. We also offer local delivery, if you're within a 10 mile radius of Lima, Ohio. In which you will receive your order within 1-2 days.

DO YOU DONATE TO ONLY ONE SHELTER?

No! We pride ourselves on donating to multiple. So, if you know of a shelter you'd like to see helped. Please, reach out!

HOW SHOULD I WASH THE CLOTHES?

Material and washing recommendations:

We recommend washing inside-out on a cold setting
Hang to dry
Anticipated shrinkage will occur after initial wash
Wash on the reverse side with neutral detergents, and with cold water.
Do not soak, expose to the sun, and bleach. Iron, steam, or tumble dry at low temperature(max 30℃ or 90℉).

How long does shipping take?

Usually ship your order out within 1-3 days, and USPS shipping is usually 2-5 days!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer returns for merchandise within 30 days of delivery in its original, new and resellable condition.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags still attached.
